The Robert H Levine Foundation is so proud to be hosting our third annual benefit to raise funds for Lewy Body Dementia research! 

Please join us on Wednesday, October 16th, 2024, at The Glen Club, 2901 W. Lake Ave, Glenview IL. Open bar with beer, wine and passed appetizers begins at 6:00pm.

The evening will be filled with inspiration, education and opportunities to support an important cause - all being emceed by Patti Vasquez, a Chicago comedian, writer, actor and advocate who Bill Maher calls “The funniest woman in comedy since Carol Burnett.” and Lewis Black calls “simply marvelous.”

Dr. Jori Fleisher will be our keynote speaker. She is a movement disorders neurologist who leads the Rush Advanced Interdisciplinary Movement Disorders Supportive Care (AIMS) Clinic, Lewy Body Dementia Association Research Center of Excellence, CurePSP Center of Care, and co-directs the Rush Parkinson’s Foundation Center of Excellence. We are so lucky to have her on the front lines of the fight against LBD!! 

We are working hard to create an evening filled with inspiration, education, and opportunities to support an important cause. As our guest, you will also have the chance to win amazing raffle prizes and meet others touched by Lewy Body Dementia.
